Probroker, a Panamanian insurance agency with extensive experience serving corporate entities and individuals in the country and region, needed two management systems to handle their crucial processes through custom software applications. INGENIUS assembled a multidisciplinary team of professionals who programmed two bespoke tools: Pidgeon, a messaging management system, and B-Wise, a service portfolio management system, both specifically tailored to the insurance industry and Probroker's clients.
